Christeli delivers everywhere in the contiguous 48 states everyday! For a limited time only we're offering free standard delivery on all products store wide! Mattresses and smaller accessories are delivered via FedEx and will be delivered where you normally receive FedEx deliveries.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
We ship mattresses out within (5) business days. After it ships it can take a few more days to arrive. Transit time to your home will vary depending on the state where are are shipping to.
Why does it take (5) business days for my mattress to be shipped?
Because every Christeli mattress is handcrafted to order by trained artisans and goes through a multi-point inspection, it takes a bit longer to ensure the product is up to our standards. We want to make sure that you #sleepwell. Watch our video below that shows how our mattresses are handmade!
Will I receive a tracking number when my order ships?
Yes! As soon as your order leaves our facility we will email you tracking information to the email you used for your order.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We do our best to package your mattress so that it arrives free from damage. If you are less than the 1% who receive a damaged product, please note it clearly on the paperwork the driver provides you and call or text us immediately at 888.970.3563. Our friendly customer service team will work with you to ship out a new product. If you do not mark the damage on your delivery receipt and we do not hear from you within 24 hours of receiving your damaged product, we will not be able to re-ship you a new product and your return policy is voided.
What happens if I refuse my order?
If you refuse your order, we will call your product(s) back to our factory. Once we receive the round trip shipping charges from the delivery company, you will be credited back for your purchase minus all shipping charges plus a 5.0% handling fee.
